Soraya is a seasoned financial services executive with over 25 years’ experience across financial services including retail and business banking, general insurance and online broking. She has built a reputation of reimagining world class financial services experiences, enabled by technology transformation and customer obsession and was also recognised as a 2022 Winner in the Woman in Banking and Finance Awards.
Prior to joining Zip, Soraya was the Executive, Business Lending Product at NAB. Prior to NAB, she spent 16 years at CBA in senior roles leading large P&L and product portfolios, as well as customer and digital roles at CommSec and the Business Bank. She started her career in insurance in financial analysis, project management and corporate strategy.
