Our Past Events

In 2024, the Women in Leadership Summit series brought together over 1,500 CEOs, executives, and emerging leaders from across Australia and Aotearoa New Zealand to share strategies, build capability, and accelerate change.

The series tackled critical themes including intersectionality, allyship, and leading through volatile and uncertain environments. Attendees left with practical tools to strengthen leadership capability, build influence, and drive performance in their organisations.

Together with our community of partners and attendees, the Summit continues to support UN Women’s mission to advance women’s leadership, economic empowerment, safety, and resilience for women and girls. Over the years, the Women Leaders Institute has donated hundreds of thousands of dollars to UN Women Australia and UN Women Aotearoa New Zealand’s initiatives through this commitment.

This legacy of impact drives everything we do. Each year, the Women Leaders Institute curates summits and workshops that strengthen leadership pipelines, empower emerging talent, and equip today’s leaders with the tools to thrive in a changing world.

Hear directly from past attendees on how the Women in Leadership Summit has influenced their leadership journey and created real impact in their organisations.
