Rebecca is a graduate of NIDA’s MFA (Directing) program, practising across the mediums of stage and screen with experience in both Australia and the US. Her work has been screened globally including at festivals such as LA Shorts, NY Shorts, Flickerfest, Chicago International Shorts and California Music Video Awards.

With postgraduate degrees in Economics and Education, and a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Rebecca began her career working in corporate marketing, later shifting into the education and training space. Her in-depth understanding of the demands of corporate culture, and her focus on improving educational outcomes for her clients, has seen Rebecca engaged as a presenter and trainer for corporate and government clients across a range of sectors including medical technologies, pharmaceuticals, FMCG and finance.

Rebecca also trained in classical voice under Maree Ryan, Chair of Vocal Studies & Opera Studies at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music as well as at Chicago’s iconic improvisational comedy theatre, The Second City, so brings the skills of a performer and storyteller to her corporate work. Rebecca currently has a number of stage and screen projects in development.

Mini Leadership Labs

These interactive 35-minute sessions cut straight to the skills leaders need most today. Each lab zeroes in on a specific challenge, giving you tools, frameworks, and peer insights you can immediately apply in your role. Attendees will participate in two sessions.


Lab A: Leadership Lab: Setting Boundaries and Saying No Without Guilt or Losing Influence

Saying no shouldn’t feel uncomfortable - it’s a leadership skill that protects what matters most. In this energising and practical lab, you’ll explore the psychology behind overcommitment and people-pleasing, and practise real-world strategies to set clear, confident boundaries that build trust and influence. Walk away with simple scripts and mindset shifts you can apply immediately. 


Skills Learned: Confident communication, emotional intelligence in boundary-setting, maintaining trust and influence, and sustainable leadership habits.

Lab B: The Art of Business Storytelling

Stories inspire action, shape culture, and drive connection. This practical, skills-based lab helps you use storytelling as a powerful leadership tool to influence, engage, and motivate others. Learn how to craft authentic narratives that create buy-in, communicate vision, and build trust across teams and stakeholders.


Skills Learned: Confident storytelling, purposeful communication, emotional connection, and influence through narrative.
