Grace Molloy is the co-founder and CEO of Menopause Friendly Australia, an initiative born from her passion to support women experiencing menopause in the workplace. With a background as a Registered Nurse and ex-‘big four’ accountant, Molloy has worked closely with top medical researchers and global innovators to find evidence-based solutions for women’s health. A member of the Australasian Menopause Society, she recently contributed to the first Menopause Roundtable in Parliament. A self-described “impatient advocate for women”, Molloy’s commitment is rooted in her belief that women deserve to thrive in all ages and stages of life.
