She has worked across the energy, LNG, chemicals and resources value chains in multiple countries in operational, management and consulting roles. Bernadette specialises in helping companies improve business performance and implement new technologies and business models to become more efficient, sustainable and inclusive.

She is a Fellow of the Institution of Engineers Australia, President and Life Member of the Energy Club of Western Australia, Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Member of Chief Executive Women, and Director of METS Ignited, the industry growth centre for Mining, Equipment, Technology and Services.
