Amanda Martin is the Acting CEO and Head of Business Services at Zahra Foundation Australia, an organisation dedicated to supporting women’s recovery from domestic and family violence through pathways to economic independence. Since stepping into the Acting CEO role in May 2025, Amanda has overseen operations while driving the Foundation’s long-term vision and impact.

With a background spanning events, business development, and not-for-profit leadership, Amanda brings both strategic expertise and a deep commitment to equity and recovery. She has been instrumental in building partnerships that create practical pathways for women to achieve financial security and long-term independence.

Passionate about breaking the cycle of violence, Amanda advocates for economic empowerment as a form of prevention and recovery, ensuring women have the tools, confidence, and opportunities to thrive.
