Jackie is a growth-focused leader who specialises in delivering strategic clarity and transformational change through stakeholder engagement, empowering teams to adopt new disciplined operating rhythms in pursuit of measured objectives.

With a curiosity for learning and a love of discovery, she has worked across diverse sectors, including technology, digital search, energy, and banking, from start-ups to large global corporations, for over 30 years.

Highlights of Jackie's career include: heading up BankWest’s Customer Development Department in the 90s, leading the turnaround of search marketing business Ineedhits, now Bonfire, in the 2000s. Most recently, as Co-CEO of Motium, an award-winning Western Australian-based advanced manufacturer of rugged technology, Jackie has worked alongside the business owner as Co-CEO to grow and transform the business. Her time at Motium has been described as helping a small business evolve into a mini corporation.

Mini Leadership Labs  

These interactive 35-minute sessions cut straight to the skills leaders need most today. Each lab zeroes in on a specific challenge, giving you tools, frameworks, and peer insights you can immediately apply in your role. Attendees will participate in two sessions.


Lab A: Change Resistance vs. Change Fatigue

Change itself is not the issue; it is the accumulation that wears people down. This lab will help you recognise the difference between resistance and fatigue, and apply strategies that re-engage teams and sustain momentum without pushing them to breaking point.

Lab B: Leading High-Stakes Conversations and Negotiations

From budget battles to boardroom debates, high-stakes conversations test a leader’s ability to stay composed, credible and influential. This lab equips you with the tools to prepare for difficult discussions, manage pushback with confidence, and negotiate outcomes that balance competing priorities while protecting relationships and integrity.


Skills Learned: Conflict resolution, stakeholder influence, negotiating priorities, and maintaining credibility under pressure.
