Grace Mugabe CPA, GAICD is a financial literacy educator and the founder of Financially Empowered, a purpose-driven enterprise empowering women to make confident, data-informed money decisions. She built her career in the corporate sector, culminating in an accounting role at Rio Tinto, before dedicating her expertise to community impact and women’s economic empowerment.
Grace champions financial equity, providing women with the practical tools and language to advocate for themselves through her financial literacy workshops and programs. Additionally, her fractional CFO services help women build financially resilient businesses. In 2018, she developed the award-winning Migrant Money Matters, a culturally responsive program that dismantles financial barriers and converts tailored knowledge into actionable steps.
A graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD), Grace has served on several boards, including 100 Women, Leadership WA, and Ishar Multicultural Women's Health Centre, where she supported the infrastructure and chaired the Audit & Finance Committee. She also co-facilitates the Emerging Leaders in Governance Program.
Grace finds joy in learning languages, swimming, and her dance classes.
