Caroline Rawlinson is the Chief Financial and Operating Officer at Culture Amp, where she combines strategic vision with deep commercial insight in leading the high-growth employee experience business. Caroline joined Culture Amp in December 2024 and has significant executive experience across Australia, New Zealand, and Asia.
Prior to joining Culture Amp, Caroline held senior leadership roles at MYOB, serving first as Chief Financial Officer and then as Chief Operating Officer. Earlier, she was the CFO at Trade Me Group in Wellington and served as CFO for Formica Asia in Shanghai. Caroline holds a Bachelor of Law and Commerce (Economics) and is admitted to the High Court of New Zealand as a Barrister and Solicitor.
Recognized for her leadership, Caroline was named Deloitte and Eagle Technology’s Young Executive of the Year in 2018. She is passionate about shaping strong teams and fostering a people-first approach to business transformation.
Caroline has a perspective about the required “balancing act” that is less about knowing all the answers and more about building adaptive, learning organizations with clear strategic priorities. This coupled with a belief that leadership, now more than ever, requires a championing of both technological experimentation and people-centred governance, to marshal AI as a force multiplier for insight and action.
