Anna is a Career and Workforce Planning Consultant who helps professionals, leaders, and organisations design purposeful, sustainable career pathways. Through her practice, she works with individuals to find clarity and direction in their careers and with organisations to strengthen workforce capability and engagement.
She holds Masters degrees in Geophysics and Career Development and brings cross-sector experience with organisations including BHP, UWA, and Deloitte. Her work has been featured on ABC News and numerous podcasts, and she won the Career Development Association of Australia’s Excellence in Practice Award for her Define Your Future™ program.
