Tenielle Rolfe is a proud Mununjali woman with connections to Yugambeh and Bundjalung Country. With over a decade of experience in the finance industry, she has led work across product, compliance, and inclusion. As Inclusion Program Manager, Tenielle drives First Nations traineeship programs that open economic and leadership pathways for mob.

In her role as Chair of Ngarga Wangaddja, ANZs First Nation employee reference group, Tenielle helps shape systemic change and embed cultural safety through deep organisational commitment. She is passionate about building inclusive environments where First Nations voices are heard, respected, and central to decision-making.

Tenielle also supports Strong Women Talking, a grassroots movement breaking cycles of violence in community.

Her work is grounded in the belief that representation is a powerful tool for change. Tenielle is committed to creating space for the next generation of First Nations leaders and focused on driving a future led by culture, equity, and opportunity.
