Meaghan is a corporate affairs professional with a career spanning more than 20 years in sport, politics and ASX listed entities. In these roles, she has been responsible for driving the external agenda for organisations through media management, government relations, campaign and stakeholder management, employee engagement and public affairs research.

Meaghan is responsible for government and industry relations, health stakeholders, health policy, reputation and external communications. Meaghan joined Medibank in 2016 leading the External Affairs and Government Relations function. She has also previously held the role of Chief of Staff to the CEO and in July 2023 joined the executive leadership team.
Prior to Medibank, Meaghan led Group Corporate Communications for NAB, responsible for communications on mergers and acquisitions, customer pricing strategy, financial reporting and issues management.

Meaghan is interested in shifting our focus from performance to pipeline, so building sustainable pathways where all women can lead, thrive, and be seen. The lives that we lead beyond work shape how we show up within it, and I’m think that it's important that we create the space where leadership reflects this.
