Lisa Chiba is the Managing Director of Momentum Energy – a 100% Australian-owned energy retailer that is part of Hydro Tasmania, the largest generator of renewable energy in Australia. Momentum Energy aims to be a trusted partner throughout Australia’s transition to a net zero future.

Over the last two decades, Lisa has helped major brands across Australia and the UK to create smooth, effortless customer experiences; achieve strong and enduring commercial outcomes; and have been a strong advocate for diversity and inclusion in the workplace. Any business is powered by its people and Lisa is passionate about building people’s skills, capabilities, motivation, engagement and ultimately success.

Lisa holds a Bachelor of Arts (Media & Communications) / Law (Honors) from the University of Melbourne and a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. She is a Non Executive Director at Waverley Social Enterprises, a member of the Champion of Change Coalition Energy group, and has been a mentor in the Clean Energy Council’s Women in Renewables mentoring program for the last two years.
