As an Executive and Organisational Coach, Josette founded Elevate Leadership out of a passion for empowering leaders to have an incredible impact. With over two decades of experience in Financial Services, Retail, and Utilities across Auckland, Sydney, and London, she specialises in partnering with leaders to unlock potential and accelerate the delivery of their business and organisational goals.

Josette’s journey began in Sydney, where growing up in a large family sparked her curiosity about what makes people tick. Her love for connecting with people and adventure led her to the UK, where she commenced her head-hunting career. Upon returning to Sydney, she led teams and people programs in Financial Services, building career pathways for underrepresented demographics.

In 2018, she moved to Auckland and transitioned from leading teams to coaching leaders. In late 2023, Elevate Leadership was born. At Elevate, she supports leaders through one-on-one coaching, leadership team coaching, facilitation, and public speaking.
