Jane Murray is the Chief Operating Officer at Acenda, where she leads the Operations and Underwriting Business Unit, encompassing underwriting, policy operations, complaints, incidents and customer contact teams. Her remit is central to Acenda’s commitment to delivering exceptional experiences for customers, partners and employees. Over her five years with the organisation (formerly MLC Life Insurance), Jane has also served as Chief People Officer and led teams across sustainability, corporate affairs and remediation programs.

With more than 25 years in financial services, she has held executive roles across ASX listed and private companies in health, funds management, superannuation and insurance. A qualified organisational and executive coach, Jane is passionate about unlocking leadership potential and enabling cultural transformation in times of rapid change.

Drawing on her experience navigating complex organisational environments, Jane provides valuable insights into understanding power, perception and politics in career progression, and how leaders can position themselves for senior roles while staying true to their values.
