Jacqui Walters is a respected Non-Executive Director, bringing extensive experience in infrastructure, transport, and complex organisational transformation to her board roles. She currently serves as a Director of the Port of Brisbane and Chair of UNIQ You, a social enterprise dedicated to empowering young women to pursue careers in underrepresented industries. Jacqui is also a Non-Executive Director of Transurban and has held senior advisory positions with government and private sector organisations, where she has led large-scale reform, strategy development, and stakeholder engagement programs.

With a career spanning over two decades, Jacqui has worked across diverse sectors including transport, resources, and professional services, delivering growth and resilience in highly regulated and challenging environments. She is passionate about building leadership capability at every level and creating pathways for women to thrive in traditionally male-dominated industries.

Jacqui will share a board-level perspective on how organisations can move beyond transactional succession planning to cultivate leadership depth, adaptability, and resilience.
