Elizabeth Kim is a strategic and commercially focused leader with over 20 years of global experience spanning customer experience, operational transformation, and digital innovation. Currently Head of Customer Experience and Channel Strategy at Transurban, Elizabeth has led high-impact initiatives including the rapid growth of the Linkt Rewards program, the design of next-generation customer engagement platforms, and the enablement of AI-driven personalisation and productivity. Her leadership has consistently delivered uplift in NPS, customer retention, and profitability.
Prior to Transurban, Elizabeth held executive roles at RACV, where she founded and scaled the arevo e-Mobility business, and at Elsevier, where she held global strategy, corporate development and product and innovation roles across New York, London, Beijing, and Shanghai. She has also held roles in a number of start-up businesses.
At the Summit, Elizabeth will share insights on building high-performing, customer-first teams and navigating transformation with clarity and purpose. Her perspective is shaped by experience leading cross-functional teams through scale, innovation, and disruption—always with a focus on delivering meaningful outcomes for customers and creating an environment of trust and resilience amongst teams.
