Ed has led TechnologyOne through its continued growth trajectory and transformation into being Australia's leading enterprise Software as a Service (SaaS) business. With a passion for growth, innovation and TechnologyOne's people, he led the business to become an ASX 100 listed company in 2023.
He was appointed Chief Executive Officer of TechnologyOne in May 2017. Before that, he spent over 10 years in senior executive roles in the company, including one and a half years as Chief Operations Officer. From 2014, Ed headed up TechnologyOne’s products and solutions division, including R&D, where he led the team that transitioned the business into a fully SaaS-based organisation. He also led the finance and corporate services division and developed the commercial frameworks to drive the company’s expansion.
Passionate about innovation, performance and people, Ed offers a practical perspective on how leaders can balance competing pressures, while maintaining clarity, trust and long-term organisational resilience.
