An insightful and commercially minded leader, Kim has a proven track record delivering complex, high-impact projects that align with strategic and commercial objectives. With extensive experience across the public and private sectors—and as a board member—her expertise spans finance, infrastructure, oil and gas, digital connectivity, and smart cities. Drawing on strong strategic, commercial, and project management skills, Kim brings a holistic perspective to shaping sustainable, future-focused solutions that drive performance and innovation. Mini Leadership Labs

These interactive 35-minute sessions cut straight to the skills leaders need most today. Each lab zeroes in on a specific challenge, giving you tools, frameworks, and peer insights you can immediately apply in your role. Attendees will participate in two sessions.


Lab A: Change Resistance vs. Change Fatigue

Change itself is not the issue; it is the accumulation that wears people down. This lab will help you recognise the difference between resistance and fatigue, and apply strategies that re-engage teams and sustain momentum without pushing them to breaking point.

Lab B: Leading High-Performing Teams

What separates good teams from great ones? This lab explores the leadership practices that create accountability, trust and sustained performance. You will learn how to lead effectively through conflict, address underperformance and bring out the best in diverse teams.


Skills Learned: Building trust, fostering accountability, leading inclusively, and resolving conflict to sustain performance.
