With a career spanning both large corporates and most recently her own startup, Helena has held senior roles at Deloitte, Randstad, and Adecco, where she led digital workforce transformation and tech enablement across global teams. At GoFIGR, she now partners with enterprise leaders to build AI-enabled tools that improve performance conversations, unlock internal talent, and equip teams for the future.
Her current focus is on the profound shift AI is demanding of today’s leaders: Will we still manage human teams? What happens to leadership when AI can coach, direct, and even outperform its human counterparts? And how do we help people stay relevant in a world of accelerating change?
