Leading with Self-Awareness, Self-Belief, Influence & Resilience
We are all leading in complex times characterised by ambiguity, constant change and pressure which require an inner sturdiness, self-insight and a repertoire of strategies to be able to manage our stress to adapt effortlessly. As female leaders we face additional pressure where we are expected to act in certain ways so as to not be ‘too’ nice, ‘too’ assertive, ‘too’ emotional, the list goes on. Developing greater self-knowledge and self-compassion helps us to improve our internal dialogue and reframe unhelpful ways of seeing the world.
Increasing our self-awareness is key during uncertain times to understand what presses our buttons and what cognitive, emotional and behavioural patterns we repeat in our interactions with others to increase our impact. We can all get locked into autopilot operating and become a people pleaser, thus being able to conscious pause, understand our internal responses and act with mindful means we can have greater impact on others around us.
This workshop combines the latest coaching psychology, neuroscience, clinical psychology and leadership development research with real life stories, engaging exercises and practical tips for leaders to apply back in the workplace.
