About The Women Leaders Institute

Returning in 2026, the Women Leaders Institute continues its commitment to creating a practical, supportive space where emerging and established leaders can connect and learn from one another. Since 2012, we have delivered events across multiple states in Australia and New Zealand, in partnership with UN Women Australia and UN Women Aotearoa NZ. Our Summits have provided a platform for MPs, former Prime Ministers, leading athletes and Olympians, enterprise executives, journalists, First Nations leaders and individuals with lived experience to share insights and real-world leadership lessons.

Recognising that leadership is not defined by gender, background or title, the Women Leaders Institute brings together diverse voices to strengthen executive capability and broaden perspective. Each Summit focuses on tangible strategies, honest conversations and practical tools that support career progression and inclusive leadership. Join us to connect with peers, expand your network and stay engaged with a community committed to shaping strong, future-focused leaders.
