Tiffani is an emerging First Nations leader whose work is grounded in community and driven by a commitment to building a strong, self-determined future for First Nations people and communities. Known for her commitment to community, Tiffani spends much of her time travelling across the country to listen, learn, and build meaningful relationships that support lasting, community-led change. For her work, Tiffani has been awarded the 40 Under 40 Award and was named a finalist in the 2026 AIATSIS Emerging Leader Awards. To her colleagues, she is known for her energy, enthusiasm, and passion for her job. Outside of work, Tiffani enjoys spending time on Country, values her close connections with family and friends and is a self-confessed gym junkie.

As a young emerging Indigenous leader, Tiffani will be immersed in a fireside chat led by First Nation Foundations CEO Leah Bennett. Leah and Tiffani will yarn about how we can bridge the gap between tradition and progress by harnessing courageous leadership to build high-performing, culturally resonant and future-ready organisational cultures.
