Day 1

Workshop 3: Micro Acts of Feminism – The Everyday Decisions That Shift Equity

Equity isn’t driven by policy alone, but by the small, consistent choices leaders make every day. This session explores the micro behaviours that reinforce or challenge inequity, and introduces practical, in-the-moment actions (PHNOIs) that create immediate impact across teams, conversations, and decision-making.

Day 2

Workshop 3: From Moments to Momentum – Embedding Micro Acts into How We Lead

Move from awareness to consistency. This session focuses on how to turn micro acts of feminism into repeatable leadership habits, embedding them into team norms, accountability, and culture so equity is actively practised, not passively supported.
