Ben is an experienced Engineer and Business leader with more than 28 years’ experience in the design and delivery of major energy and resources projects in Australia and the Asia Pacific. As Aurecon's Managing Director for Western Australia and the Northern Territory and a member of Aurecon’s Australia Leadership Team, Ben is responsible for the leadership and performance of these regions, including clients, projects, operational performance and team engagement. He is passionate about shaping the future of the industry, amidst rising expectations for sustainability, reliability, responsibility and inclusion.

Through this and his role as a Non-Executive Director for CEO’s for Gender Equity, Ben is an advocate for improving gender equity across industries and community, recognising the positive impact of diversity on business performance and enhancing team engagement and well-being.
