Charlotte Anderson is Head of People Experience at Canva, an online design and publishing tool with a mission to empower everyone in the world to design anything and publish anywhere.Under her leadership, Charlotte develops global people experience programs aimed at fostering growth, sustainable high performance and wellbeing within Canva’s diverse and inclusive culture.

Since its inception in 2013, Canva has seen unprecedented growth, with a global community of over 240 million monthly users from more than 190 countries. This growth has accelerated in recent years, particularly as the shift towards hybrid work models has taken root globally, positioning Canva for continuous expansion with a dedicated global team of 5,000 employees.

Charlotte brings a rich background in communications to her role, with extensive experience across the Asia-Pacific region, including agency work for globally recognized brands. Her expertise is instrumental in shaping the Canva employee experience through strategic, meaningful interactions.Outside of work, Charlotte enjoys spending time with her two children at the playground, cooking, and actively participating in various volunteering initiatives that reflect her commitment to Canva's Two-Step plan.
