Chiou See is the Creator of the Elements retirement villages in Brisbane, Chair of Conpago Software Solutions, Director of Heather (Senior) Care Group, and Juror of the Australian Women in Music Executive Game-Changer Award

Chiou See is Australia's Head of Delegation for W20 - the women engagement group for G20. She is also the Co-Chair of the W20 Care Economy Task Team.

Chiou See is the immediate past President of both the National Council of Women of Australia and the National Council of Women of Queensland and recently completed her term as board member of the International Council of Women.

Chiou See was an inaugural member of Australia’s Prime Minister and Cabinet’s Women Economic Equality Taskforce, delivering policy recommendations to remove barriers for Australian women’s economic participation.
